Information we process

We process personal data you give us (name, email, phone, business details, website content you supply, and related service records) and limited technical data (IP address, browser information) when you use our site. Payment card details are handled solely by our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

For businesses we approach about our services we may hold publicly available company and contact information from public sources (including company registers and the business’s own published details).

How we use it and legal bases

To respond to enquiries, provide our website service, take payments, and manage your account — performance of a contract (or steps before entering one).
To operate and secure the website — legitimate interests.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
To send optional marketing emails — consent (you can withdraw at any time).
To contact suitable businesses about our services using publicly available details — legitimate interests. You can object at any time by replying to any email or writing to privacy@willswebsites.com; we will stop immediately and keep only the minimum record needed to honour the objection.

We do not sell personal data and do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

Sharing

We share data only with necessary service providers (payment, hosting, email, analytics where consented, professional advisers, or as required by law). Some may process data outside the UK; we use permitted safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

Retention
