Why is my website free to build?

I build your website for free because I believe your business should be able to compete online based on what you offer, not how much you can afford to spend on a website. There is no upfront build fee. You only pay £30 per month once your website goes live to keep it hosted, secure, maintained and supported

What happens after I sign up and what do you need from me?

You send over the key information about your business, including your services, contact details, branding and any photographs you want to use. I then design and write your website around your business, with your first version ready to see within 48 hours

What if I want changes to my website?

You have at least seven days to review your new website and request changes before the monthly service begins. Once your website is live, ongoing content changes are included in your £30 monthly service, so you can contact me when prices, services, photographs, opening hours or other business information need updating

What does my £30 per month include?

Your £30 monthly service covers everything needed to keep your website working for your business. This includes hosting, security, daily backups, monitoring, maintenance, domain connection, ongoing content changes and direct support from me

Can I cancel and what happens to my website if I do?

Yes. There is no long contract and you can cancel at any time. Your website will remain live until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it will be taken offline and the managed service will end. Your domain remains yours, so you are free to use it with another website or provider
